Chapter 12: The Whole Kitten Caboodle

Hello and welcome to my nightmare. Over the past several days in my Sims game the fricking rodents have taken over the front yard. It's ridiculous, honestly.

And it doesn't help that my resident mouser spends his time literally sleeping on the job with his eyes open like some sort of freak.

Well, either that or fussing up against Namibia.

Yep, that's one smitten kitten.

So it was 'Snowy Day' once again in the Wolf household and of course I decided to throw a party for the occasion.

Really the focus should have been on the presents but Ivy and Ruby were much more interested gazing into each others eyes. N'awwww.

So of course it wasn't long before everyone got into the holiday spirit and there were presents galore.

There was even a present for Namibia, courtesy of Moe.

Oh come on SimFury, it's only a mouse- calm your tits.

The following morning it was a weekend day, so Bryony took the opportunity to invite a new friend over to visit. I was a little bit alarmed that she was going to freak him out with, well, her personality, but I needn't of worried.

Apparently Bryony has found a kindred spirit.

Yey for freaks with friends!

Before long it was Bryony's birthday and time for her to age into a teenager.

So, what sights await us?

Hmm, a retro cutie.

The next morning Bryony joined her mother in the greenhouse as she worked on building her gardening skill. Bryony had the Loves the Outdoors trait so was happiest when doing anything outside, but that wasn't her only trait...

Hiiiii horsey.

Bryony is an equestrian so as soon as she aged up she rolled the want to get a horse, and I was only too happy to oblige.

Readers, meet Mocha.

Birthday time! Once again I forgot all about Ivy's birthday and so neglected to throw her a party, so she aged up on her own.

She doesn't look much different as a Young Adult does she.

*DERPCAT INTERLUDE*

So now she was all grown up it was time for Ivy to pay her way in the world, so naturally she got herself a job in the Criminal career.

Meanwhile, Bryony was still working on gaining some riding skill.

I'm sure as time goes on she'll look less scared about it...

A small break from legacy life for a moment now- the weather has finally cleared up and I am able to show you my lovely new garden properly.

It even comes complete with a private cemetery for past generations to rest.

It's just as well, because the next day our favourite kitty Moe sadly died.

I said sadly, Ivy!

That's better.

But although Moe had died he wasn't gone completely... Is that the pitter patter of teeny tiny kitten paws I hear?

Yep, just before Moe popped his clogs he managed to knock up Namibia, and a few days later she gave birth to two kitties.

I named them Toffee and Fudge, because I am lame.

So whilst new mother Namibia was busy looking after her kitties, elsewhere in the household Bryony was spending time with her childhood friend Adam, given he was all teenage-shaped as well now.

After forming a strong bond during their formative years Bryony and Adam remained close as teenagers, as it gave Bryony a nice distraction from the recent cat death and such.

It worked for Bryony, but elsewhere in the household Aarin wasn't coping so well with life and in general. Since breaking up with Troy Aarin had gone on a few dates but nothing had really come of it, and now she was facing the Winter of her life alone.

For a Sim in my legacy there was really only one thing to do...

Haiiiiii Aafia, I've missed you.

So followers of the legacy may remember Aafia from several chapters ago- she's Aarin's sister, and during her teenage years she unfortunately died of accidental dehydration. To be honest I had plans to bring Aafia back from the off, but the fricking Oh My Ghost opportunity actually took until now to show up!

It worked out kind of well though, as in the time that Aafia's been dead Aarin has been able to progress significantly with the culinary, gardening, and fishing skills, and consequently she was able to make Aafia a very special welcome back meal.

Welcome back Aafia, for reals.

With Aafia all humanised once again she pretty much just threw herself back into life like before, which for my Sims pretty much means skilling skilling skilling.

But that's not to say I don't let them have any fun...

Yup, the time had come for Bryony and Adam to take their friendship to the next level.

The kissing level.

Leaving the blossoming romance to one side for a moment because LOOK AT THE KITTEHS D:

They are adorable little balls of fluff, yes indeed, but they are bloody useless (just like real cats eh).

Anywho, before long it was time for said balls of fluff to age up.

This is Toffee.

And this is Fudge.

And this is yet another adorable moment in the relationship of Ivy and Ruby (yes, I do think they're cuter than kittens).

And they were about to get even cuter...

Happy days.
